In the granulation zone and the drying zone, a combined lifting plate with a tooth shape at the top is installed, which can make the material form a uniform material curtain. The slurry is sprayed into the fine particles in the simplified body and the material curtain under the action of a pneumatic nozzle. It is evenly bonded together, and is continuously dried by hot furnace gas to form a granular product, and finally processed by internal screening or external screening. However, the powder is returned directly to the inside of the simplified form by the internal return device at the tail of the simplified form, and the granulation and drying process continues. After being crushed, the large-particle materials enter the simplified head from the external return system.
