1. Working principle:
The working principle of FM mill is shown in Figure 1. It adopts tubular mill structure and large steel ball crushing. In the crushing process, the principle of winnowing is adopted to take away the fine particles in time to realize the grinding and winnowing while reducing the reactive power generated by the cushion. Waste, while reducing over-grinding. The discharging part of the machine is designed with a unique coarse and fine sieving and separation device. Large-particle materials are crushed in the working chamber until they meet the requirements. The discharging part is designed with a powder separation and grading structure. The materials from the working cavity are thrown from multiple discharge ports on the cylinder. During the throwing and dispersion process, the wind is used to classify again. The fine materials are carried away with the wind to the upper air outlet. The granular material settles to the discharge port. This machine integrates the functions of crushing, grinding and grading. It not only has high crushing efficiency and strong grinding ability, but also has the function of automatic coarse subdivision and high grading accuracy. It can no longer be equipped with separate grading equipment.
2. Technical features:

★ The wearing parts are universal, and the use cost is low. After the large steel ball is grinded and small, it is used for the back pipe grinding without waste.
★ Strong applicability, no iron removal device is needed for the feed material. Due to the large air volume, the water entering the mill can be appropriately relaxed by 2%-3%.
★ Strong versatility, can be used in bauxite, cement, slag, and also in other industries such as steel slag, coal gangue, ores.
3. Application and return on investment:
A new type of air separation mill is added before the mill, and the crushing chamber is moved out to achieve complete separation of the crushing and grinding. Large ball crushing (average ball diameter 95-100mm) is used, and the crushing particle size is 95%<2mm. WS type ball mill adopts three-chamber mill. After grinding, it enters the OX type powder separator. The large particles are selected and returned to the ball mill to continue grinding. The material that meets the particle size requirements (400 mesh) is used as the finished product together with the powder from the dust collector of the mill. Enter the next process.
