Double-shaft mixer is used in the ingredient and water matching system, the fixed raw material flow into the tube, and spray the atomized water of 20kpa pressure into the raw material. after stirring by the blade ,it will form the core ball , and transfer the core ball to pelletizer .there are three parts of the mixer: atomized area ,stirring area, and discharging area. There are hard alloy cutter which welding on the stirring blade, it has good wear-resisting. And it can be used for a long time.
